The Pearl River Lions Club has chosen the date to hold it's 2016 Annual Flea Market and Craft Fair - SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Each year, vendors from around the area fill up Central Avenue Field in Pearl River with a variety of wares as they participate in this annual charity event. Shoppers and bargain seekers stroll the field to view and purchase such items as baby's items, tools, housewares, quilted items, dollar items, sunglasses, wallets, sports trading cards, handbags, jewelry, paintings, photo albums, magnets, gift baskets, music CDs, DVDs, dolls, books, scarves, clothing, antiques and much, much more. Food, drinks, and ice cream or ices are also available.
Music is usually provided by a local band or as Open Mike to local musicans. As a special event for the past few years, the Pearl River Schools Special Education PTA will hold their annual Chili Cook-Off as a simultaneous event with the Flea Market and Craft Fair.
Vendor spots are available on a first come, first serve basis. For further information on the 2016 Flea Market and Craft Fair, please click on the link below, or call Ralph Fasano at (845) 735-9519, or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lion's Club, the largest service organization in the world, was inspired directly by Helen Keller and tasked by her to bring sight to the world. We have undertaken this task, to raise money to support the visually challenged and all our local and internationally supported philanthropies. One hundred percent of the money we collect goes directly to charity. Any and all operating costs are covered by members dues and contributions.
